Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting. Here is everything you need to know about fees, logistics, and how we begin.
Fees & session details
I offer a free 15-minute consultation via phone to chat and discuss your needs, and then we can book an initial 50-minute session.
Sessions cost £60 and take place weekly in person in Battle, East Sussex.
I have availability on Tuesday afternoons.
How we begin
Step 1: Initial email or contact via form
Send a message via my contact form or email. We will arrange an intitial phone call.
Step 2: Free 15-minute phone call
A brief, informal phone call to check mutual availability, answer any questions you have, and discuss what you are looking for.
Step 3: Initial consultation in person in Battle
We will meet for a first 50-minute session in Battle. This is a conversation to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your hopes for our work, and see how it feels to work together. There is no pressure or commitment to continue.
Step 4: Ongoing weekly therapy
If we agree to move forward, we will establish a regular weekly slot. Together, we will work collaboratively at your own pace, integrating conversation, somatic awareness, and creative arts tools as feels right for you.
Location
Providing in-person therapy at Rooftops in Battle, easily accessible by car or train for clients in Hastings, Bexhill, Rye, Robertsbridge, and St Leonards-on-Sea.

Rooftops is accessed via steps from street level and an indoor flight of stairs. Please get in touch to discuss accessibility needs.
There is paid parking available on the High Street and in Mount Street Car Park. There are some free parking spots at the back of this carpark.
The train station is under 15 minutes walk from Rooftops.
