Integrative Arts Psychotherapy

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us anxious, stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns that are difficult to change. Therapy can offer space to pause, reflect and make sense of what you're experiencing.

I work with adults using talking therapy alongside creative and embodied approaches. You don't need to be artistic — creative work can offer another way of exploring experiences that are difficult to put into words.

Creative Facilitation

Alongside my therapy practice, I facilitate creative workshops and projects, using art as a way to explore play, community and connection.
